Our club was established over 30 years ago. We have 30+ members, of varying age and experience; of these about 20 are active modellers. Our aims are to work on our layouts, talk railways (real and model) and enjoy ourselves. We have 2 layouts available for exhibitions, which are stored when not on the circuit. This allows us to work on our 2 current projects in ‘OO’ and ‘N’. These are both progressing steadily. The ‘OO’ layout is called Denbridge and Saundersford. The ‘N’ project is an, almost, scale model of Rugby Central Station and Goods yard in the early 60’s. The club, meeting weekly on Tuesdays, is based in Tring, with a small clubroom located within an office suite; which, unfortunately, means that access to the clubroom for visitors and prospective new members is by invite only.
